How we helped a SF based Founder hire two SWEs

Last year, our already existing client Anirudh, helped us connecting with Sydney Liu, A SF based entrepreneur, Sydney’s startup was backed by some of the best in the game, the founders of Twitch and Crunchyroll. He was looking for a full-stack engineer to join his journey, and we were genuinely excited to help bridge the gap and connect the right talent as hiring in tech roles is our forte.

Initially, Sydney was looking to bring just one full-stack engineer on board. He was looking for people who want to work on things that matter. After seeing our process, he did not want to miss exceptional talents, so he became flexible in hiring two full-stack engineers. After careful consideration, we reviewed all the applications we received and shared them with Sydney.

After reviewing the applications, Sydney found Purva’s profile resonating the most with his and CharacterHub’s vision, Sydney found Purva's email had so much energy and was very optimistic about her. Due to probation, Purva was set to start on Jan 6th, 2025. Finding the second candidate took a bit more time, but after careful consideration, Sydney extended an offer to Aditya. With both candidates now secured, Aditya was set to start on Jan 6th, 2025, marking another exciting chapter for the team.

It was a wonderful experience connecting Sydney with two exceptional engineers: Purva and Aditya Dubey.
