Namay Kedia and Shirisha Udatewar, founders of Ballers, a members-only digital sports club offering unlimited access to top sports facilities across the globe, were looking to bring on a Social Media Intern to build and grow their digital presence.
To find someone who could align with their fast-moving brand and visual storytelling style, they reached out to TechKareer.
The focus was on finding candidates with strong content instincts, a good eye for trends, and an ability to translate brand energy into engaging posts.
In order to find the right fit, we prepared a short take-home assignment that applicants could submit to showcase their understanding of the Ballers brand and their creation creation skills.
We received multiple submissions. Out of all of them, the submission of Rachita Shetty was the best. We forwarded her submission to the founders of Ballers and they also liked it and moved on to the other rounds.
And just about a week or two later she was hired by Ballers as a Social Media Intern.
