Refunds are processed in accordance with the specific terms outlined in your contract or service agreement with TechKareer. The terms of any written contract or formal communication between you and TechKareer shall take precedence over this general policy.

We encourage all clients to carefully review the terms of their service agreement before engaging our services to fully understand the refund provisions applicable to their specific situation.

2. Replacement Guarantee

45-Day Free Replacement Policy

For our recruitment services, we offer a 45-day free replacement policy. If a placed candidate leaves the position or is terminated within 45 days of their start date, TechKareer will provide a replacement candidate at no additional cost, subject to the following conditions:

  • The original hiring fee must have been paid in full
  • The termination was not due to company restructuring, layoffs, or downsizing
  • The client must notify TechKareer within 7 business days of the candidate's departure
  • The replacement search will be conducted for the same position and compensation range

3. Service-Specific Refunds

Different services may have specific refund terms:

  • Recruitment Services: Refund terms are specified in your service agreement. In the absence of a specific agreement, the 45-day replacement policy applies.
  • Resume Review Services: Refunds may be requested within 7 days of purchase if the service has not yet been delivered.
  • Premium Subscriptions: Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. Cancellation requests will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or invoke the replacement guarantee, please follow these steps:

  • Situations where the client has breached the terms of service
