Each year we write down who our clients hired, what the role was and how the search went. 39 hires across three years so far.
In 2026 we placed 12 people at 8 companies. Two years ago almost every hire we made was a software engineer. This year the list also has a quant developer at a trading firm, two enterprise account executives, a growth and GTM hire, and a product designer.
In 2025 we placed 15 people at 11 companies. 10 of the 15 were engineers. We also made our first growth hire (Dodo Payments), our first social media hires (Ballers and Donna) and a product manager for goIRL.
2024 was our first full year of placing people. We placed 12 people at 9 companies. Five of the nine clients were founders in San Francisco, New York, Boston and Dubai hiring people in India.
