Who we helped hire
in 2024.

Anirudh Reddy, a Stanford graduate on his second startup, found us on Twitter. The first engineer we introduced was too backend-heavy for the role.

We sourced about 50 applicants from Twitter and LinkedIn, ranked all of them, and sent him the top five with notes. He hired two of them, Debabrata Mondal and Royal Sanga. Debabrata later joined D. E. Shaw after graduating.

Anirudh introduced us to Sydney Liu, whose AI character platform is backed by the founders of Twitch and Crunchyroll. Sydney planned to hire one full-stack engineer.

After seeing the shortlist he hired two, Purva Rajyaguru and Aditya Dubey. Both accepted offers in late 2024 and started on January 6, 2025.

Dhanvin Sriram, building Luppa AI in Dubai, wrote to us on X in June 2024. He wanted a senior product designer with at least 4 years of experience who had taken a product from zero to launch.

We shortlisted 25 designers. In the third month he hired Manan Adhikari, who had worked at HackerRank and Innovaccer. Luppa came back in 2025 to hire a QA engineer.

Enpointe Global builds MVPs for non-technical SaaS founders. They hired two software engineers through us in 2024.

Sahil Zambani runs his own frontend agency. Akshat Goel had been an SDE at Procurenet, reporting to the CEO. Sahil later joined Morphic through us in 2026.

Adam Young runs BanterAI in New York, building AI voice agents that answer business phone calls. He hired Saket Sarin, a former SDE intern at DoWhile, as a software engineer.

Paras Waykole maintains Slashbase, an open-source database client with over 1,000 GitHub stars. He hired Utkarsh, who had 6 months of experience, several hackathon projects and open-source contributions.
