Joshua Sum is building Morphic, an AI revenue agent for sales teams. He hired three AI engineers through us this year.

Atharva Raj Thakur has won 5 hackathons. Sahil Zambani runs his own frontend agency and was first placed by us at Enpointe Global in 2024. Yashraj Singh brought 5.5 years of experience, most recently at BunchCRM.AI, an AI CRM and ERP product.

Aakash Mehta at Uniqus, a tech-enabled consulting firm, was referred to us by Tanishq Mehta of RapidNode in July 2025. Uniqus wanted to build a team of AI engineers. The contract was signed in October and we sent the first batch of screened candidates on October 23.

Candidates took a coding assessment, then a video interview with Uniqus and a technical round. Two dropped out for other offers along the way. Deep Mehta, who was based in the US, cleared every round and joined Uniqus on March 2, 2026.

Arrowhead Capital is a high-frequency trading firm in Mumbai, founded by Mayank Shah, Aditya Shah and Raghav Sarda.

They hired Adarsh Banth as a quantitative developer. Adarsh is an IIT Kharagpur graduate who had worked as a quantitative analyst at Greeland Investment Management. It was our first placement at a trading firm.

MonoCloud sells authentication and identity software to developers: passkeys, SSO, MFA and user management. They were building their first sales team.

They hired Manas Vishal and Ishan Isaacs as senior account executives. Ishan has more than 10 years in enterprise sales. These were our first sales hires.

Shravan Gali is building Drive, an AI tool that reads fleet and workforce data (TMS, payroll, GPS, timecards) and writes coaching documents for managers.

Shravan hired Adamya Dheer as a UI/UX designer in mid-2026. Adamya graduated from IIT Roorkee in 2023 and was a product designer at Kello, an AI hiring product.

AI+ runs one of the largest AI communities for founders and researchers. They wanted someone who could sell sponsorships and partnerships without making the community feel corporate.

They hired Shreya Lahiri in spring 2026. She had worked in the founder's office at Arctus Aerospace and as a growth consultant at Quizizz.

NegotiateAI, now Aron, builds procurement software for mid-market manufacturers and is backed by Menlo Ventures. Founder Dominic Toselli hired Ashish Kumar Soni, a software developer at Rippling, in April 2026, about 12 weeks after our first call.

We ran junior and senior pipelines side by side so he could compare candidates at two salary levels. After Ashish joined, Dominic opened a senior role with us.

This client asked us not to name them, so we are leaving out the company and the candidates.

They hired a mechanical engineer with Onshape CAD experience in January and a full-stack engineer in February, three days after the first interview.
